SugarSouk is not responsible for delays outside of our reasonable control, including carrier delays, severe weather, incorrect customer information, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
7. Returns & Refunds
Because SugarSouk sells food products, returns and exchanges may be restricted for food safety and hygiene reasons.
Returns, refunds, replacements, damaged orders, incorrect orders, and cancellations are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
8. Allergies & Product Information
Customers are responsible for reviewing available ingredient, allergen, and dietary information before purchasing or consuming our products.
Products may contain or come into contact with common allergens. Products may also be manufactured or packaged in facilities that process allergens.
