Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products and for food safety and hygiene reasons, all candy and food product sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal taste preferences, or products that have been opened.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.
Missing Items
If an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can investigate and make it right.
Delivery Issues
SugarSouk is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer at checkout.
If your package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional delivery charges may apply if you would like the order resent.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product ingredients and allergen information before purchasing. While we take care when handling our products, products may be manufactured or handled in facilities that process common allergens.
